“Was kinda skeptical of the price but the room was clean no bugs no problems they even let me check in for an early fee of $15 ..if u need cheap stop this is it also have microwave and refrigerator ”

“Beds were awful and had a weird smell. Bathtub was filthy and we were afraid to step into it! Tub wouldn't stop dripping. Door has only the door lock no safety latch. Poor lighting around common areas. Very outdated and poor everything!!”

“I didn’t like that it was a dead roach the size of a dime soon as I walked in the I got locked out my room a 4am and couldn’t get back in until 830am because the front desk closed at midnight- 8:30 so I slept in my car and and wasted money on a room I couldn’t even get into”

“Double charged for the room but was able to get 1 refunded. Was only given 1 set of towel and wash cloth with 2 people staying in the room. We had to ask for more and had to turn in the 1 set to get more. Everything stayed wet with condensation for the air conditioner. The walls, floors, appliances, toilet, our clothes. ”

“We enjoyed our weekend for a volleyball tournament. We had 4 adults and 5 teenage girls. They loved the upstairs movie room & enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed eating supper and relaxing in the evenings at this lovely place with a beautiful lake view.”

“The house is large and lots of space. The yard is very well taken care of. The house is old so don't expect all the new bells and whistles, but do not let this deter you from staying here. It was clean, AC worked amazing, and the hot water was hot (super-hot). We only stayed one night. The owner replied really fast when we had questions or suggestions. We will defiantly rent this house again.”
