「This was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. They promised to get it cleaned which they did while we were out at dinner but the...

「10 stars!!! This property is perfect. Extremely clean, stylish, very comfortable beds, ac kept it really fresh, and it even had an amazing fragrant smell. The property manager Marion was always available, friendly and helpful. Fantastic location for sightseeing and only a 5 min walk to the bus that goes directly to the airport. This property is honestly perfect.」

「Wohnung war für unsere 6 Tage von Montag- Samstag ganz Okay. Sie war in zentraler Lage. Parkplatz vor ort gab es genug. Kuchen war mit allen Sachen ausgestattet die man benötigt. Dazu gab es in der Wohnung Spülmittel und ein Tab für die Spülmaschiene. Als großen Nachteil sehe ich das man bei unserer Ankunft kaum die Türen oder das Fenster in der Toilette zubekommen hat. Desweiteren ließ sich der TV nicht leiser machen und so konnten wir ihn kaum nutzen. Der Empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe...

「This apartment is in the perfect spot. Great restaurants nearby. Easy access onto the tram. Grocery store around the corner. Neighborhood was quiet. The only downside for us is that the stairs were very steep and it was challenging to get our suitcases up the stairs. Would have been a plus for coffee pods to have been provided as well as bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We were not able to get the heater to work on a regular basis.
