“People that actually care about people is hard to find!!! , and EVERYONE here genuinely cared for us. Havent felt this much hospitality in ages. Gave us all toothbrushes because we forgot ours. Helped us get into our car when we lost the keys , let us enjoy the pool after check-out while we still didn't have our keys. Answered front desk phone promptly and kindly every time day and night. "During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
