Underground parking with no extra fee. Clean and well kept up property with great views! Quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed for a Memorial Day getaway! ”

“This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). The condo itself has views of town and the mountains, is updated, comfortable, and has everything you would need. We had a wonderful stay and would rent……

“This VRBO is perfectly located to enjoy the slopes and the town of Breck. It was amazing to have access to the parking garage through the afternoon on our day of checkout. Perfect for 2-3 people. Note that there is no ski locker - we kept our skis in the car. The kitchen is perfect for breakfast or heating up a quick meal but not equipped for much beyond the basics. That's ok - there are so many restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved this place and will be back!”

“We had a great stay at Pine Ridge and 5 great days of skiing at Breck. The house is quite comfortable and roomy with a great open floor plan between kitchen, living room, and dining area. We found the beds to be equally as comfortable with foam mattresses. The location is perfect for access to town and the slopes. That said, I would not classify it as ski-in/ski-out. It is definitely a ski-in house as the 4 O'Clock run brings you just feet from the entrance and is clearly marked with a sign on……

“This place was great. We liked the close proximity to lifts. This place (as advertised) is on the 3rd floor. Be prepared to go up and down LOTS of steps. Our family was fine with it - even with the high altitude. But, there are people who would not do well. That being said, the lift is a short walk and we LOVED how we could split up the day with lunch at the condo. The hot tub and laundry facility were very handy. We really liked having two bathrooms available and the nice, large living room and……

“It was a short walk to the lift but able to ski almost to our door. Room was clean but small. Good for 2 people. Shower was only 3x3 feet. Refrigerator was tiny. Couldn't fit a gallon of milk and 2 liter of soda at the same time. It was the first place we ever stayed at that required us to empty trash before we left. My biggest complaint were the thermostats. They were very difficult to operate and we had problems getting it warm.”

“Great condo and great view with afternoon/evening sun. The condo was great for the two of us but with only one bathroom it might be difficult for a group or four or five if you planned to use the two pull out sofa’s. The condo kitchen is well furnished and it’s a short walk to the pool and hot tub.”

“Had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect for my family. Resort had a lot of amenities we enjoyed including the pool, hot tubs and sauna. Especially liked the convenience of having everything from ski rentals to ski school right there at the resort. Shuttle to and from town was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“We had a nice stay and it was close to hikes. Comfortable bed, fans for comfort, very fun pinball machine. The pool, hot tub, and additional amenities were under construction so if you’d like to use those during your stay, I would check with owner before booking.”

“We love the condo, clean and great condition. Communication was bad. They sent us to 2 different address, we couldn’t even find those address. Waist lot of time calling them and trying to find the right address.”

“We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.”
