"The condo is across the street from a small beach park called Magic Sands or White Sands Beach. In the winter the sands go away from some time, we are told, and come back a few weeks later. Winter is storm season in the Pacific so the waves can be bigger and more stunning to watch. The condo itself is just as described, lots of helpful items for enjoying the beach are at hand, and the management was very responsive and helpfiul."
