“It was a 9 out 10 the only thing was the parking guest can only park in parking stalls without numbers because there’s residence that live there so finding a parking spot with no number is slim pickings but besides that the place is amazing kitchen was perfect. Everything we needed room was a 10 beautiful property had an amazing time. Quiet not a place for small kids real relaxed would stay there again no questions asked”

“We loved our ocean and pool view lanai! We would have preferred the ocean pool was the “quiet” pool (there are three pools on the property), and the “quiet” pool is next to the pickleball courts. Within just a few days of our visit we were informed of an additional fee per night for A/C if requested. This information should have been included in the original ad. If it was there, it was buried in the weeds as we didn’t see this upon booking.”

“Location of unit was excellent. Easy walk to shopping and beaches, and right across the street from the adults only pool (no noisy children).Only a peekaboo view of the ocean but overlooked a fairway with a southwest exposure. The unit was older and is showing its age, but was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was a pleasure to use. ”

“The location is fantastic for viewing the ocean and activities at Magic Sands Beach. The unit itself is in need of a facelift. The AC units don’t do much. The cupboards were well stocked. “We absolutely loved this condo - it's furnished beautifully and had everything we needed - exactly like the pictures showed. The outdoor patio was stunning - had outdoor dining and chaise lounges. We enjoyed a glass of wine every night while the sun was going down and coffee at sunrise overlooking the ocean. There were monk seals and turtles that we saw right in front of the deck! “The check-in and check-out was easy. The condo was clean. Plenty of cook ware. Close to the water, restaurants, live music. If you need something, Safeway and Walmart 4 blocks away.
