“Potholes around the property! Wi-Fi kept cutting out so gave up in the end! Quite comfortable! Not as good as the caravan I stayed in on the other side of the lake, but overall reasonably priced!”

“Was outstanding. Two things was the light in the bathroom mirror kept coming back on after switching it off but i just shut the door and on of the lights next to the bed flickerd but i just left it off. ”

“Great place and would definitely use again as it’s very centrally located. Facilities were clean and easy to use and bed and sofa was comfy. Area is quiet aswell, parking was a 5 minute walk away round the corner and was free 6pm to 8am. ”

“The lodge has a lovely aspect, with uninterrupted views over the lake, it is extremely well equipped catering for all your needs. Unfortunately the information folder was missing so we had to contact the owner to get the WiFi code. The owner’s put in an awful lot of effort into the presentation of the lodge and even decorating it for Easter, much appreciated. Tattershall lakes itself is extremely large and signage is poor so you end up driving round and round trying to find the way out. The……

“Very convenient in town position, secure building with key code entrance from the street then stairs to the 1st floor entrance area with decking seating area. Entry key code for room key. Small kitchen area with tea & coffee but unfortunately no kettle! Very pleasant bedroom with TV comfie bed plenty of draws & wardrobe. Shared shower room very well designed. All very clean and well presented.”

“Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach. “Didn't dislike anything. The room needed updating & TLC. Facilities were fine as I'd paid a reduced rate. Friendly welcome & reception. Issue with radiator dealt with very quickly. I'm staying again in June & would happily book & stay again later in the year”

“We stayed for a night for my birthday and my father in laws birthday and we spent the afternoon in front of the fire which was so cosy and relaxing. We then had dinner and had the famous ribs…we were all blown away by the quantity and quality of meat. The staff were incredibly friendly! The room we stayed in was huge and comfortable. Definitely will be returning! A fabulous stay. ”

“We loved the Leagate Inn! We stayed in a dog friendly room for 2 nights. We couldn't fault anything; it was very clean, comfortable & cosy. Staff were all friendly & helpful. We had breakfast both mornings which was freshly cooked & delicious & dinner on Saturday evening, also delicious & service was excellent. “Unique decor in a fantastic building overlooking stunning Boston Stump. Cheap parking outside, very reasonable room rates with a decent serve yourself breakfast. The 5star for service was based on contact with one lovely woman who came to fix electrics in the breakfast room, there are no on site staff.”

“Lovely quiet and secluded location, we have been there three times now. Some attention to minor repairs needed, cabinet drawer knobs loose and falling falling off at times.”

“The room is lovely i like it due to being sumpe i found it spacious although one child moaning about the room being small for him... on sweet is lovely we had towels kettle tv free wifi microwave, needed a brush and dust pan.”

“This is my 2nd stay/visit to Tyrrone house. Very affordable and convenient for me as its 6mins to wherever I needed to be. Sparkling clean and organized as well. Staff communicated good before I checked in, called to give codes for door opening. Pretty much likeable! Just a small parking space, right and near the road (with immediate lights when you get off), but can't complain really. Id definerly use them again.”
