“Great Place to stay when skiing Palisades. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were recently renovated which made them almost brand new. We loved how they were decorated. Our room had a view of Lake Tahoe (across the street). Sunrise over the lake was amazing!”

“Everything was great. Only thing that needs fixing is the shower head. It is set so it shoots past the tub onto floor. You have to hold the handle off wall mount so it doesn’t get water everywhere ”

“This place is fantastic. It's directly in the village but there's a resort shuttle to get you there (10 minutes away). Plenty of food options on site, we mostly used the coffee/mini mart shop. But dinner was great at Sandy's. It has a walk to lift right there and a ski check for convenience. I doubt I'll stay anywhere else on our next trip back to Palisades.”

“I stayed at PlumpJack inn for a wedding I was attending down the road. I stayed for one night. My check in time was very close to the time that the wedding ceremony started, so I was a bit nervous that I was going to be scrambling and possibly late to the ceremony. I arrived in the late morning to PlumpJack and asked reception if there was any way I could check in earlier. They said they would call me if they were able to get another room made up/cleaned before my reservation check in. I was……

“Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!”

“As advertised, no surprises. We did the after-hours check-in, which was a little unusual, but worked well enough. (Arrive at main office, call number on the door, live person answers and provides you with a lockbox number and the code to get into that box. Walk around to the side of the main office building to find a cupboard full of a dozen or so lock-boxes. Would stay again.”

“Clean, spacious, organized, welcoming. Convenient, close to gondola and shops. Well-stocked, comfortable beds, and relaxing to come home to at the end of a long day skiing. Awesome!”
