「I reserved two rooms, one for my family and another for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my mother's room was not functioning properly and failed to produce cool air. While the staff was accommodating on the second night and worked to address the issue, my mother had to spend the first night in an uncomfortably hot room. During that time, staff repeatedly suggested opening the window rather than resolving the air conditioning problem. Additionally, we accidentally left...

「My single room was fine, and comfortable. The bar, restaurant, and breakfast were very good. Only minor negative is location: there is really nothing within walking distance other than private houses.」

「This is a great spot for a sleepy traveler just getting into Edibrugh. I stayed here as a solo female and felt very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite basic but its got all you need. Make sure to check out the pub!!」
