「I love this place, it's a gem! The staff are all incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. I was suppose to stay 3 nights but got caught-up in the London Heathrow meltdown and my connection to Glasgow was cancelled. I took a train to Motherwell the next day. I called to explain and they were very accommodating of me missing my first night. Today I stated the West Highland Way trek. The Motherwell train station is a 1 hour train ride from Milgavnie (a starting point for the West Highland Way)....

「We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the food. The restaurant menu had a wonderful selection, and everything we tried was very good. The restaurant itself seemed quite popular, which was easy to understand! The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We were also especially happy to see real cream available for the coffee at breakfast—a small detail, but one we really appreciated. Overall, a lovely place with great food, wonderful service, and a very enjoyable...

「Our beds were very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good, particularly the scrambled eggs! We would like to have had our dinner in the hotel but the menu was basic in the extreme. Burgers, burgers and more burgers. To be fair the hotel had just changed ownership two days before our stay, so hopefully the evening meals will improve.」

"Cosy room, comfortable bed, excellent TV and easy to cast my own entertainments. Self-laundry is very good, but if the app for it becomes more friendly should be excellent. Wish you expand your business to more cities."
