"The hotel is very close proximity to the old market/bazar. Just come out and take a left and climb the stairs and get down on the other side. You are in the centre, river, monuments, and all related places along with restaurants are there. The taxi from airport cost 1,000 Macedonia Denar equivalent to 17 Euro. "Super clean charming hospitable tiny hotel with the bed and breakfast vibe. Common area offers free cookies and warm drinks. Room was very small and no space to store luggage but many cabinets and drawers to organize your items. Balcony is a plus. Central location. Totally perfect but 4 stars because the water in the shower isn’t hot enough. If the hotel increase the hot water temperature, it’s a truly 5 stars too bad"

"Staff was very nice and tried to help. The reason for 2 stars is for the temperature of the room was 25-26 C. It was way too hot to be comfortable and was unable to sleep because of the temperature. Asked many times to fix it or change rooms, neither of which happened. The entire hotel also smelled like cigarette smoke. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. "

La habitación era súper cómoda, espaciosa y perfecta para descansar después de un día de paseo. Además, queremos destacar especialmente la atención del personal: todos fueron muy amables, atentos y educados, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. "Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet though would have liked a bigger selection of fresh fruit. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the Skybar is excellent. The room was clean and we had a great view. Our shower was huge! Also check out the Finnish sauna which was awesome. The hotel is on a hill and it’s a bit of a walk into town but we love to walk so no problem for us. It’s cheap to get a cab if walking is an issue. "
