Great stay

very clean had a great time until someone took my airpods and then i had no music to listen to while floating in the great lazy river . Just sad someone would do that .

Overall it was a nice property and clean. I was a bit disappointed by all of the dogs on property, including in the lobby, considering it is listed as pet free. The lazy river was more frustrating than relaxing due to the kids being allowed to swim, walk, play ball, splash etc in it. Security walked by and never said a word.

My stay was ok, but you could have done a better job of keeping the resort clean. The entry doors and hallways were trashy, elevators were filthy and housekeeping staff could have been available to clean the units and such. Quit using Covid as an excuse.

Nice Place for Families

A bit worn and wear and tear in the condo but was good for the time we needed it. Staff is very friendly and there are a lot of family friendly perks. The sports bar and staff there very attentive and friendly.

First thing is the room was very clean when I arrived. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Definitely made me feel like I was at home away from home. Convenient Location

Overall, this condo provided a relatively good experience once we finally got checked in. The condo did smell of cigarette smoke unless we kept the balcony door open to get the breeze off the beach. The unit was not ready until almost 6:00 on the day we checked in which was inconvenient and I could not get anyone on the phone when trying to call VACASA’s customer service. Great location and unit was clean except for the smoky smell.

A pleasant place to stay

Out of all the places I have stayed this has been the cleanest. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the kitchen amenities. I enjoyed the spacious room. Gave my wife and I a little room from the kids. I was even able to get a work out in their gym.

Beautiful view

We got a 11th floor front ocean view, very clean, very comfortable, peso el very friendly and helpful, we didn’t know we couldn’t have our puppy on the beach and the receptionist was helping us looking for a babysitter, I really appreciate bc that wasn’t part of her job, excellent place.
