The location is good and the pools looked nice, but the room is quite dingy and unwelcoming. Cracks in the walls and ceiling. Bathroom caulking is dingy and just looks like it was done quickly. Also, the number of codes to get into doors and cards to trade for towels is crazy. I will say though that the front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was there for a wedding and the staff, food, and areas for the wedding were amazing. And the view from the reception room couldn’t be better. I would recommend getting married there, but maybe not stay the night.

We only used this room for one night to extend our week stay. The beds were ok but a little firm. We could tell the room was recently renovated which was nice. We thought since the room was on the 15th floor and and at the end of the hall it would be a little more quiet. However we were woken up several times through the night because of noise either coming from outside or other guests in hallway. We turned the air on just to drown out some of the noise. We have stayed in a ocean front condo that was located by the elevators and never heard any outdoor noise.

Nice resort with a lot of amenities but when I first arrived the key wasn’t working so that was a pain and they also did away with the breakfast buffet which I was sad about

The staff was very pleasant, the rooms were very clean. I was on the 15th floor so, I had a very beautiful view! Nice place to spend a four-day weekend and I would visit again.

Complete waste of money, this place is simply overbooked and under-managed. It took 3 DAYS to get a shower curtain, I reported it 5 different times….. the doorknob on the exit side of the room fell off. My wife and kids were trapped for short period of time until I could open the door from the outside. This BayWatch resort truly was the worse part of our trip. Way understaffed leads to very upset customers that are still paying too dollar prices.
