My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the view on the back balcony overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this room and resort. Tye staff was helpful as well as friendly

It was alright

They forgot to put shower curtains on.. the place was clean but definitely needs updating the painting throughout the place was very chipped . When we checked out we had forgot some things when we went back in to get them the housekeeper took our belongings & ate our watermelon LOLLLLL .

Yuck!!

Room was dirty and disgusting. Staff was extremely rude and slow. The pools and hot tubs were dirty. There was trash everywhere, no one cleaned up anything. It’s supposed to be non-smoking but it’s not enforced so smells of stale cigarette smoke. Will NEVER stay here again, absolutely the worst resort in NMB!!!

I would like to compliment the staff they were all very friendly and informative. However, at the front desk Liesha (sorry if I misspelled her name) was cordial and such a pleasure. I had a great time although the building is outdated and the water pressure is low. other than that it was clean and the amenities were adequate.

Not a good stay this time

Room was shabby, stained and furniture paint peeling. People from Baywatch woke us up 2 days in a row to come in and 'spray for bugs' and then to move the patio furniture. We were only there for 3 days. We wanted to sleep in. I wanted to take my sister for a relaxing few days but it was worse than being at home.

It is tight for 6 but a great view

The view is great but if you have 6 people over the age of 13 (4 teenagers and 2 adults) it is tight and not much room to store your things. Also this condo had no beach chairs or body boards like other guests mentioned they had. This is not included but would have been nice. It was clean.
