This was a wonderful place for our family. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything you needed in order to prepare a meal. Loved the outside area, and the location to the nature preserve. Very enjoyable week. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. The channel views were so beautiful and little dock perfect for fishing. The saltwater pool was so nice for the kiddos. We would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint was that the house needed a good cleaning. The floors were quite dirty and left our feet black.

The house was very nice, but dirty. The floors were quite dirty, and one of the upstairs bath rooms had mold in it. The pool had mold in it also. The realtor did not respond to our needs, (broken beds). Would I stay here again? Yes, the property was very nice and in a good location. The area was nice and quiet.

Beautiful house but needs a thorough cleaning and new mattresses. Great location.

They must have recently sprayed for bugs, when we arrived there were dead palmetto bugs all over the floor. The bands were on the toilet yet there was hair and dust all over the floors so I don't think the cleaning service had come. The entire house could use a thorough cleaning from the top to bottom! The light fixtures, baseboards and chair railing were covered in dust. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable all the other mattresses were cheap and extremely noisy you couldn't even sit on them without a lot of noise. The hot tub never really got hot and the pool was supposed to be cleaned and vacuumed on Wednesday but it never was. The house was cleaner when we left then when we arrived! It's a great house, great location and would have been perfect if it was clean!

It is a beautiful home, very spacious. Beautiful decor.

Everyone was comfortable, great views. Nice neighborhood. Close to beach. We had to call for service 2x. One of the showers was broken. Leaking water everywhere. The second call was the disposal. Just stopped working. Quick fixes. Service was in an out in less than 15 min each time. I was able to bring my puppies. They were in heaven. Pool and hot tub were clean, nicely maintained. Would love to visit again.

A bushel and a peck was a fantastic time!

My family deeply enjoyed every aspect of our vacation to North Myrtle Beach! We felt safe, as there were police officers all over the area keeping an eye on everything. The house was beautiful and had everything we could have possibly needed. only a couple blocks from the ocean front. We did utilize the rental of a golf cart for the week at a very acceptable price. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly. The only thing I would have changed was the beds were not comfortable. But I will be coming back for another vacation!!!

A very nice rental for a large family

My wife and I rent a house at the beach each summer for our four grown children and their spouses to enjoy a vacation with us. This house accommodated us well. The kitchen was large and spacious, the living room is nicely furnished, and all the bedrooms were great. The pool was a plus, and though the hot tub was under repair from a lightening strike the previous week, it was still nice to sit in the hot water for a late night chat. We rented golf carts for our daily beach excursions, which made the beach about 3 minutes away. There is a nice public parking at the end of the street. The house is an end lot, and makes you feel secluded and safe. The views of the area from the upper decks are gorgeous. We would love to stay here again!
