Great stay

We rented a room at a hotel through VRBO from Elliott realty. We had to rent linens, pay for departure cleaning, check in at a separate office just to pick up a receipt, then check in for real at the hotel. The front desk basically told me not to ask them for anything while we were there because we rented through VRBO. My keys deactivated on our second to last day and we weren’t able to get in touch with anyone by phone or email when we had questions about what to do with our trash. The elevators were insanely busy, causing us to walk up and down ten flights more than once! All that being said, the room was exactly what we expected with plenty of room for our family of four. The pools, hot tubs, and beach access were perfect. We had perfect weather and will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
