Summary:
Third floor ocean front condo with elevator. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave & dishwasher. Central heat & air, as well as WiFi included. Balcony from living room, and master bedroom offers beautiful views of the ocean. Community pool, grill area, and outside shower. Coin operated washer & dryer available on premises. You Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. Motorcycles/trailers or motor homes are not permitted on the property.

The Space:
This unit sleeps 4. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The main bedroom has 1 queen bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Washer /Dryer is located by the elevator. You Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. Motorcycles/trailers or motor homes are not permitted on the property.

Located on 53rd Ave N in Cherry Grove Beach. Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

Must be 25 or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO MOTORCYCLES. NO GOLF CARTS. HOA RULES APPLY TO ALL GUESTS.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. You Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. Motorcycles/trailers or motor homes are not permitted on the property.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

The Only nice thing about this place was the view and pool. The first thing you notice is the overwhelming smell of musty mildew, and a once smoking unit fills the air. Then You notice listing pictures were not very accurate and rust covers the fridge, the cabinets and drawers reek of the smell. The place is extremely outdated. Bathroom shower had hair stuck on wall, pillow in closet was covered in mold. Renters start the dishwasher themselves for the cleaning crew to put up I assume but there is no dish soap, no dish detergent being used so it all feels a little unsanitary. We came back a night early because we just couldn't enjoy it.

2nd visit!

This was the second year in a row that my friend and I stayed here. It’s become a yearly mom and daughter trip! Great location! Interior needs updates but the beds are comfortable. Very clean!!

View and location of the condo was great. Condo is not updated as seen in the pictures. However, more concerning was mold on the bathroom ceilings, electrical wires exposed above bathroom light, odors in certain areas of the unit and rust on kitchen appliances.

Condo needs some significant maintenance to catch up with great location & view. Most everything worked but in need of HVAC, electrical & cosmetic improvements. Unit was acceptably clean, considering its age.

This is a clean condo but is in need of new living room furniture. We had a great time and we were grateful for a smooth running elevator! We would stay again! The listing says 1 bathroom, but there are 2 full bathrooms.

Very disappointed

First thing walking into the property was the smell. Musty odor. Then the air conditioner did not work. Property manager had that fixed promptly. The whole place was very outdated not at all beachy. Rips in the couches. Headboard not attached to the bed. Dishes dirty in the cupboards. Towel rack not attached. Both sliding screen doors were not able to close because of the rust. Beach view was beautiful. Would not recommend this property.

The location was perfect, seaside condo! Beach wasnt that crowded. Only complaint is the air kept going out, but they were very quick to fix it.

Needs attention!

Location was great and super clean except for the mold in master bath and one TV did not work and several lamps only work by plugging and unplugging. Very sad cause with just a little bit of care would be great! Was never able to communicate with anyone.

Older unit but with great location and view

The building and unit were dated. However everything worked and was clean. Check in was a breeze. The unit was comfortable and quiet. The outside balcony was not real big but a great place to hang out. Parking was good but it might get tight during a busy time. Only downside was there was no in unit washer and dryer. TVs were very nice and they had cable. The WiFi worked well too. We had two adults and two college aged kids and felt comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

Basics

This isnt a fancy unit but suited us just fine. The kids said the twin beds were comfy. The ocean sounds were great here...we all slept well. There was a smoke smell in the condo and the icemaker didnt work....unit seemed clean except the floors. Location is great. Front door lock could use some adjustments. The door didnt seem to latch very well. The pool was nice and the beach was awesome. We received 2 sets

Excellent view!

With it being a smaller condo property the beach in front of the condo was not overly crowded which we loved! The beach was close and the view from the balcony was great! We had a great stay and a great time!

Wonderful location.

The location is great. We loved being on the beach. The condo itself had clean bedding and bathrooms. However it needs some updating to the furniture. The price was reasonable.
