clean and comfortable

I stayed for a few days with my daughter who was on spring break from college. The unit was clean and stocked with shampoo toilet paper dish liquid etc. which was convenient for our short stay. The bedding was clean and comfortable which is one of the most important issues for me when on vacation. We checked in at a later time than original check-in date due to the timing of our flight, but I received a notification that the unit was available for check-in earlier which would have been a nice surprise had we arrived in town earlier.

Nice screened in porch with water view.

This property was very much as advertised and the location was convenient and the beach was within walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was very relaxing and just a few steps away. The king bed was quite firm and the queen bed was quite soft. The TV remotes for the bedrooms did not work right (one was missing batteries). The CO2 monitor was in the drawer with no batteries. All in all it was perfect for our short stay because we only came down to help our granddaughter move. We would probably stay again in the future.

Super nice gated community

Great condo, great complex. Could use some tweaking. A little more in the kitchen and a little more info on using workout building and pool and location for garbage. Since I stayed at another condo in same complex prior, I already knew about these, but someone new would not. I would stay again. Very clean, well furnished, perfect location. Multiple pools and within a few blocks of beach.
