I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at Cabin by the Sea. While we truly enjoyed the beauty of the home and had an excellent booking experience with Sea Mountain, there were a couple of issues we encountered during our stay that I think should be addressed. Hot Tub Condition: Upon arrival, we found the hot tub to be dirty with debris floating in the water. After reviewing the maintenance records, we saw that the filter had been overdue for replacement by over 20 days, which made the hot tub unusable for us during our stay. Water Issue in Downstairs Room: The floor in the downstairs room had a significant amount of water accumulation due to the fan. When set to high, the fan would spray water across the dining area, creating an uncomfortable environment for anyone sitting at the table. Despite these issues, we still had a great time at the property. The house itself is beautiful, and the booking process was amazing and so smooth! I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it will help ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests but I do recommend staying with Sea Mountain!
