Great Stay

This was an excellent place to stay, I would go back again. The condo was truly clean and the room was great. The master bedroom mattress was too hard for me. But it was truly beautiful!Check-in/out was a great experience.

The location of this unit was excellent—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. It’s in a prime spot for a relaxing getaway, and the beach access really can’t be beat. While it’s a little far from the nightlife, it was still an easy drive to get to restaurants, bars, and other attractions. Unfortunately, the condition of the property left a lot to be desired. For the beginning of the season, we did not expect the level of uncleanliness we encountered. We found used contact lenses on a side table, hair on multiple surfaces including the tub and toilets, dirty floors, and grimy kitchen counters. There was also visible mold in the refrigerator water dispenser, which made it unusable and raised additional hygiene concerns. It was clear the unit had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.We had to contact maintenance twice—once for a general cleaning and again to replace the shower curtain, which was covered in black mold. To their credit, the maintenance team responded quickly and was very attentive, which we appreciated.The property itself is also in need of some updates. The paint is chipped and worn, the kitchen sink needs attention, and the outdoor furniture is old. A little investment in upkeep and a much more thorough cleaning process would make a big difference.Overall, while the location was great and maintenance was responsive, the lack of cleanliness and overdue maintenance made it hard to fully relax and enjoy what could be a wonder
