With 1 king bed in the primary, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 sets of bunks in the third bedroom, guests can relax in comfort and mingle whenever they please. With three full baths as a premium amenity, everyone can have their own space. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well for added convenience!



The gorgeous Atlantic Ocean, pool deck, and beach access is all right downstairs, and our home is situated along a stunning stretch of beach. Enjoy long walks, smashing in the waves, and catching some sun (or an afternoon nap!) all while being just steps from our beautiful condo and your new home away from home.

Guests will have access to all property amenities including pool, sun deck, free parking (covered!), free Wi-Fi, and more. Sheets and towels included for all stays and washer and dryer inside our home!





**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am. No exceptions.

*This unit is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator access.

*Indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed.

*There is limited first come, first serve space for vehicles over 6'8.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Washer/Dryer in unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

From ice cream shops to carnival rides in season to live music, there is something for everyone. Cool off with a cold drink and enjoy some local seafood, this part of North Myrtle Beach has it all! Even better, other area attractions such as all-new Barefoot Landing and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Broadway to the Beach are all just a few minutes to the south!

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
