Family vacation 2023

The property is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. Easy access with car to awesome restaurants and souvenir shops. Our property looked like the main floor kitchen and living room had not been cleaned at all upon our arrival but after calling they sent someone out immediately. Only recommendation is that cleaning crew should probably be given more time to do a more thorough job. Yard work is definitely lacking. After saying all that I would still stay again. Our concerns were addressed in a timely manner and staff were all friendly.

Nice house but few issues.

When we first arrived to the property, we could tell the house was not very clean. After just a few hours, our feet were completely black from walking on the floors. I reported this to Thomas Beach and they were very kind and refunded a portion of the cleaning fee. We all had to wear slippers or something on our feet at all times. Unfortunately, we had a young group staying in the other side of this duplex that were extremely loud and partied all night. The cops were called almost every night by everyone in the area. There would be 30-50 teenagers inside and outside of the house at late hours of the night. They were eventually forced to vacate their rental early, but half of our trip was already over and a lot of my family did not get much sleep. Thomas Beach contacted me and apologized for the inconvience and they refunded a portion of our stay for this as well. On our last night there, my niece was in the upstairs shower and there is a huge crack in the ceiling on the level below that shower and water started leaking on the floor. The house is a great size and has plenty of room for multiple families. I just wish the house was cleaner and a little more taken care of. We made the best of our trip and Thomas Beach was very helpful, but we would not choose to stay in this house again.

Great stay

Please house was very spacious! It was about 3 blocks to walk to the beach, but public parking was close and very close to a drop off area to drive back and forth. The house was very clean, the pool area could have swept of leaves and the pool furniture cleaned off. It would have been nice to have been able to lower the A/C to a little cooler of a temperature, but overall it was a wonderful stay.

Cute place

Love the wide open feel between the kitchen and living room - allows everyone to be together at the same time without being crowded. The beds are VERY firm in the Queen rooms. The thermostat on the mail floor was not working when we arrived but we called and someone was there in no time to fix it. We were under the impression it was a house, but it is actually split into 2 units - still plenty of room. The ice maker didn't work so we just bought a couple of bags of ice - didn't want to call them back out for such a minor thing. The walls splitting the two units are paper thin - and our neighbors had a LOUD party the first night we were there. Despite the minor issues, we would absolutely go back again.

It was nice!!

Had a great time with my family here. 3 minute walk to the beach, quite neighborhood.l and not far from stores and outlets. The home was very spacious for 12 members of my family staying the weekend. I would say over all it was clean! However, we did come across a few dishes that were not clean. They do not provide any simple cleaning supplies like dish soap or dish rags/sponges. The bed were not comfortable at all, except one room which was the King size bed! The game room we loved, they had games for us to play with but it was missing pieces. A down fall is you have to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, and towels. If you want them to provide that there is large fee. We just brought our own! Parking was tight. If you have more than 4 (barely 5) cars coming you will have to find somewhere else to park that’s not risking getting towed. But overall we had a great time if you don’t care too much about the beds then I would recommend staying here with family and or friends.

Family get away!

Great house and location with a 5 min walk to the beach. The house was very clean, spacious and in great condition. The only negative was that the arcade game didn’t work, so that was a disappointment for the kids. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.
