We Love this property! The location is perfect for beach views and access. The pool is amazing...

We Love this property! The location is perfect for beach views and access. The pool is amazing. The house is large with plenty of room when you need to be indoors. Smart TVs in every room is awesome. Plenty of fridge space with the extra bar area in the lower level. Lots of natural light. Very high ceilings on all levels. Ceiling fans everywhere. Tons of room in each space with plenty of bathrooms! The beds and furniture are getting old and aren't comfortable. Some of the mattresses on the beds are just unusable do their poor condition. The couches are well past their useful life and need replaced. The kitchen needs new/more pots and pans, baking/cooking utensils, and better knives/silverware. We have stayed here the past 3 years and this house has served our family well. The beds and couches would be the only thing keeping us from booking for next year right now.

Pictures are not what they seem

The location to the beach was great but the cleanliness of the property was horrible. The carpets was stained, the couch was stained. The beds mattress pads was dirty, the mattress was all full of bumps like its been around for 20 yrs. The pool was dirty. Had to plunge the bathtub. It's like they never cleaned the home. We arrived on Friday and on Saturday they had to send in people to clean the carpets, sofa and pool. It felt like the house was being used as frat house for college students. We had to spend all of the day on Sat to clean the place up. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The young lady tried to help out by getting the carpet, sofa and pool cleaned and changing the mattress pads but the house needs a general cleaning and up grade. The chairs and tables on the porch was all rusted. There was left over party balloons in the house and vomit on one of the bedrooms porch. We was told a manager would come out to look at the property and we never heard from a manager.
