Great location

The property was a great location. The only down side is the house had very little kitchen ware and dishes. Also the ceiling fans, doors, windows, blinds, and floors needed a good cleaning. However we loved the property except for those issues. The shared area outside with the grills was a hit as well.

Awesome Beach Rental

My family and I absolutly loved this property! The access to the beach and hot tub was amazing. Communication with property manager was easy and she responded quickly to any question we had. Just a heads up the bedroom TVs are firestick TVS. I was able to sign in with my Amazon account. However if you are a roku family and want to watch TV in bedroom then bring your device. We will be planning a return trip!

Great until other people showed up

My family and another family arrived on Sunday and had the house to ourselves until Thursday. We were in the middle floor of three. While the walls of the condo were made of paper, we weren’t terribly bothered since it was “our noise”. When the first floor came on Thursday and the top floor came on Saturday, we were glad we were leaving. A few pros and cons of the house: Pros: very accessible to the beach, nice covered deck with tall chairs and a drink rail so we could see over the railing to the beach, beds were very comfortable, with nice sheets, and the towels were plush. While the place showed wear and tear, it was clean. Cons: the dishwasher is terrible, no wine opener or glasses other than the tiniest of plastic juice glasses, overall kitchen appointments were extremely lacking. Don’t expect to cook unless you’re bringing most everything. The outside shower was pretty lacking. You can wash off your feet but that’s it. The fact that everybody files down to the beach past your bedroom is a serious design flaw. The “grass” on either side of the house made it difficult to walk from the front to the back. However, we soon realize after multiple surgeries to remove sand spurs from our dog’s feet that tall or short, the grass was not a place for pups. We tried it and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and being with our friends, but we will move on.

Disappointing for the money I spent

no steps to beach, vents dirty, fans dirty, food particles under furniture, could hear every step in and out of the unit via outside stairs, could hear people walking in the night above us, loud music and partying on one side the first night, and same other side next night, dryer had to be fixed, dishwasher didn't clean dishes
