Hot tub was dirty. No secure internet. Beds old and uncomfortable. Don’t count on using the sleeper sofa it’s disgusting. The key pad was almost impossible to use and it’s obvious everyone has an issue with it. They have all these special directions and even a video. We won’t be back to this property.

We had to call maintenance twice but they were very quick to fix the problems. The only problem not fixed was the coffee maker did not work and I asked front desk for a new one. The cleaning lady misunderstood and brought us a new pot. Other than that it was a nice place to stay while in North Myrtle Beach. Bay Watch is a great place to stay.

I love the stay we were very comfortable with it. It was my first time stay. I hated that that they were going through renovations because to do reservations I had to wait outside in hall way where people where coming in and out of pool which made floor wet and hard to get around because hall was small then get in office for reservations and had to stand with no privacy everyone could hear lock codes for doors and phone numbers called out just in case the wanted to get in touch with you also giving my ID bank card and type of vehicle I was driving in front of other people was unpleasant that was very uncomfortable

We had a great time it was clean and enough room for my family. Close to beach, anytime I called for room service they came with in a few minutes. Only problem we had was the ac didn’t work in the master bedroom. But we didn’t stay in the room a lot only to sleep.

We stayed here as a last trip before my 18 year old daughter goes into the military. Sheets/ beds and towels were clean. Kitchen amenities are very minimal. Nothing available to wipe down kitchen counters, two toasters, neither one worked, fry pan had handle about to fall off. I wiped up spilled water from the tiled floor and it was so shockingly dirty! Every doorway was chipped and peeling paint, chips on walls with missing pictures once hung. Dirt smudges from knees under the breakfast bar counter, dirt smudges on walls at various spots in every room.. the doors to the laundry wouldn't shut, property needs TLC. The view off the balcony was amazing though! Access to heated indoor pools was nice. The front desk staff was very helpful. Free parking.

This is a fantastic apartment with great view of the ocean. The amenities were great and we had a great time.. The one big issue we had was the quality of the matresses. They felt like extremely old spring mattresses. Also, the bedroom with the 2 twin beds had very bad air conditioning and was extremely hot through the night. Apart from that, we had a great time.

I have stayed at Baywatch several times and unfortunately was not pleased with the condo I rented this vacation. The floors were filthy. We had to wear socks or shoes the whole time. The kitchen has very few utensils or cooking equipment to make a family dinner. The condo had a horrible musty smell to it .

It started off badly from point one. After arriving we were told our room was not ready and they didn’t have an estimate which is bad enough but when you are traveling with a disabled person this is can turn into a big problem. We were told we could wait by the pool which we did when one of our party was hit by pizza being thrown over a balcony. The staff did handle that right away. When we arrived in our room it was not cleaned well. You could smell things had been wiped with bleach but there was sand all over the floor and other questionable things. And this after paying a pricey extra cleaning fee! We booked the room for 8 people and it sleeps ten yet there were no extra blankets. By the time we realized this and called down we were basically told to bad housekeeping had left for the day. The same with the towels. We were constantly doing laundry because we couldn’t seem to get towels for more than 6 people. Only half the keycards we received worked so we were constantly having to go back down to the front desk. The only reason I’m giving it three stars is because other than the front desk staff which was terrible the rest of the staff we spoke to and dealt with were very friendly.
