It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damage.

Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to the guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.
Please use painter's tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to the removal of tape or decorations, a fine will be incurred.
