Nice place/ horrible mattresses

We did enjoy our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is very nice with very clean pools and rooms and game room. Units are individually owned so while other rooms may be different, this only addresses the one that we stayed in thru the on-site rental company. The room was clean and a good size for a 1 bedroom. It has dishes and everything needed to cook (except oven) but does have stove top. A few of the towels brought in by the maids were like sandpaper and others were not so maybe just some old towels that need to be cycled out or maybe some fabric softener. My only complaint really is that the beds are horrible! These have got to be the cheapest mattresses they could find. We woke throughout the night every night with pain in our backs and legs. I've stayed in really nice hotels and growing up some really cheap ones and this has got to be the most uncomfortable beds I've ever came across. If they would upgrade their mattresses everything would be perfect.
