My daughter and I had a weekend trip to take the grands to the beach. We spent time at the swimming pools when we weren't at the beach. The condo was clean and great for a weekend trip.

Oceanfront Penthouse

This top floor unit is small, simple and adequate. I spent most of my time in the room and on the balcony due to an injury just prior to our stay so I think I had more time to notice petty things that I would normally have missed. Nevertheless, it was clean enough and met our needs. Julie was helpful and just a message away. I’d rent it again. Love the location.

Nice place

Overall a good property in a good location. The facilities are under construction and literally had workers on scaffolding and on our balcony with no warning. I think the word penthouse as a description is very misleading. It is just another room on the top floor. I feel that penthouse has an expectation of something more that this wasn't. Overall good but not outstanding.

Overall it was nice, the kitchen was very sparse as far as glasses plates et cetera could update this a little bit. beds were very comfortable. Nice ocean front view. Very close to the elevator.

Beautiful View, Very Clean

We had a great getaway in this unit- it was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunrise with very easy access to Barefoot Landing. While it was very dated, it was still clean with comfortable beds. Our biggest issue was that we had very noisy neighbors staying right next door and we could hear them speaking loudly and sometimes yelling late into the night which we understood was not the fault of the property management company. We had very good communication from the property management company as well.

Big Fish Rentals / Beach Cove resort.

As I saw in previous reviews, the property is showing some age but not to the point that it is run down. The unit was very comfortable with great views. Julie’s follow up and constant communication added a personal touch and it was appreciated. Afternoons by the pool were most enjoyable. The area is clean with plenty of chairs and. Tiki bar with great music playing. I have no reservations in recommending this property.

Just what we needed

This was the basic provision. It has a small kitchenette and a bedroom. 2 rolls of tp for guests. No frills. The location is great and the beach is beautiful. The umbrella chairs on the beach are a separate daily payment ( not part of the hotel) and the gym is not for use when you book through agencies outside of the hotel such as this.

Quick get away!

The views, beach and pools were fantastic. Great location to restaurants, shopping, and golf. Place is exactly what was described 630 sqft. It has a kitchenett with updated cabinets and refrigerator. New cabinets and countertop in the bathroom. Everything worked as it should. 2 queen beds were comfortable. Priced accordingly. Note that carpet, couch and chair could use updating. It would have been nice to have some updated grades patio furniture on balcony to go with the great views. Solid place though. I would recommend.

Great location. I brought my 3 young children down and the multiple pools, hot tubs and easy access to the beach were so convenient to keep them busy. It’s also a nice walk or quick drive to Barefoot Landing, mini golf and restaurants.
