Disliked: Check-in, communication

On the beach, decent accomodations.

Check in was 3pm. We got to the checkin location shortly after 3pm. We were told the room was not clean and we needed to wait. We waited for over an hour and a half and called the office and they finally gave us the code to go in. They said they would text us the code information, we never got a text. The place was decent, on the beach. Pool was clean, hot tub needed cleaning. Room was a little dirty, hair on the toilet, couple smears on the mirrors, and tile a little dirty. We cleaned before settling in for the week. All in all, okay place to stay on a budget. Don't think I would rebook, but was okay for a one time stay.
