This place is excellent, we loved everything about it. Yes, you’re right next door to a bar/restaurant that stays open late, that didn’t bother us, I loved hearing other beach goers having a great time. You will also be right next to a company that offers banana boating and parasailing, we did both! We loved that we could just walk a few feet over and just do that without even leaving our condo. I have literally zero complaints, the property was very clean and the balcony and views were awesome. We rented umbrellas and chairs for the beach so we never used the pool or hot tub so I can’t speak on that, you really don’t need it in my opinion. Very few kids around and I didn’t notice any noise at all from any neighboring condos. The noise from next door might bother some but it didn’t bother us. We’re planning on coming back next summer and I would absolutely be thrilled to rent this condo again.

Friends Fall Beach Trip

Room was great with awesome balcony. Everything we needed was there. Only complaint we had was Sanibel building. Only 1 elevator, the other 1 was nasty. Never saw any maintenance or workers. I know this isn't your problem but I feel like they need to do some up keep.
