Relaxing getaway

My 3 daughters and I had a very relaxing week. The balcony overlooking the ocean had very impressive views. Relaxing on the beach and poolside was exactly what we needed! Would definitely come here again!

Amazing View

Clean well maintained condo with great views.

Great location in North Myrtle Beach near many wonderful restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Condo is updated with and amazing view of the ocean 14 floors up. Owner was very responsive to my questions before and during our trip. Condo has all the comforts of home. On the smaller side but perfect for 2 people.

Amazing view

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Seaview/ kozy getaway. Everything was as described the view was amazing. The rental was clean, and the kitchen was well stock with all the amenities. The bed were very comfortable as well. Entertainment and restaurants were close by. We will stay again! Debra Stone

Perfect for two or a family of four.

We had a great time in your condo. The location was perfect for shopping, eating, beach, pools really everything. The condo was nice and clean and had the basic amenities you would need while on vacation. Any communications I needed with our host were fantastic and addressed quickly. Because of being in a beach town there was obvious signs of a “well loved” condo but that’s to be expected when so many ppl are in and out in an ocean front condo. Speaking of ocean front the views were perfect (there was some construction to our left but that’s no fault of the hosts).

Over priced for time of year.

Based on price for this time of year I was expecting more. I later found very similar properties which were at least 100 less for two nights. We stayed in mid February. This unit is in need of some tinder loving care. Mostly in the bathroom. Bathroom will not lock nor even close. Toilet must be held down at 15 seconds to flush. Bathroom ceiling needs to be replaced and don’t think about taking two normal showers without waiting 45 minutes unless you want a cold shower. Bare essentials throughout. Bear in mind the unit is bi level. Also, watch for fees after booking. I can say about advertising on this property that is true is that the view is outstanding. Also we did get the door code 30 minutes early and having an ice maker was nice. We have stayed in 50 states and have never broken or hurt anything.

Double bike week

Our stay was during both bike weeks, but everything was pretty quiet. Traffic was heavy but manageable. Our room was clean and comfortable, there were no problems and the view was probably the best in the city.
