Perfect getaway

I felt this property filled all of our needs and had a great location. We were able to walk to a nail salon, Salvation Army store, consignment store and coffee shop. I enjoyed pizza at Main Slice on Main St. We also ate at HOTO’s and Buoys. The beach was closer than I expected! I hope to stay here again.

Beach Getaway

The location was perfect. Just a short walk across the street to the beach! With 2 pools, one salt water and the other regular chlorine. This was a great place. The condo itself was nice, enough beds for everyone!

Was able to get quick feedback with any questions during our stay. Was clean and spacious. Plenty of bathrooms for all of us (2 teens and my hub)! Spacious bedrooms and kitchen. We were down for a soccer tournament so didn’t do a lot of cooking, but seemed to be well equipped and easy to do so. Easy walk to the beach and to shops/restaurants with a quick drive to the grocery store. We would stay again!!

Beautiful Property

The location could not have been better…steps from a picture perfect beach, minutes from dining and shopping. Everything you could need from a vacation was in walking distance and even Wal Mart was a 3 minute drive away, although you’d never realize it by looking at the ocean from the balcony. We had a family of 8 and had plenty of room and although my kids may have been noisy at times we never heard a noise from the neighboring units. I’d love to go back!

The location was close as we wanted.

Suggestions: shelves in the bathrooms to place items on. Hooks on the kitchen wall to hang beach items on, also it would have been nice to be made aware of the construction and dumpster right outside the balcony. The bugs that showed up after I’m sure you sprayed was a bit yucky. We enjoyed our stay just a few items needed.

Nice Week Away

This property is great in terms of location. No complaints with that! The owner was great with communicating with us. Per an email, I believe they may be trying to add additional seating. Currently, there's only seating in the living room for four. There was seven of us. We tried to sit around the table to eat and play games, but the skinny, backless stools were too uncomfortable to do either. I'd recommend changing the tables/stools for a more traditional dining table with at least six chairs. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Great location!

This 3 bedroom condo on Ocean Drive was larger than we needed, but a steal at the price. We loved having the covered parking. Our car rarely moved since everything was within walking distance. Everything we could need for our month-long stay was included. We just had to buy our own food 😆Considering that we also used DoorDash for grocery and meal delivery, even that was effortless. Four televisions, cable, and internet provided uninterrupted entertainment when we weren’t out and about. The bed was very comfortable. We had no complaints. Highly recommend this property in the off season. We stayed the month of November. If you go during the summer, I’m certain there would be a lot more activity and noise since it faces Ocean Drive. We got the same parking space every day, but that probably wouldn’t be the case during high season. We enjoyed our month and would definitely return again. Thomas and Susanna

It was terrible! I took pictures of every room.I have a huge list!

I would never recommend this to anybody.The ceilings were disgusting!, cockroaches, broken glass in cupboard, food left in cupboard ( after COVID) laundry room stunk, dust bunnies under bed, furnace room disgusting, glass dish in microwave didn’t fit in there, don’t strip the bed when you leave( hope they change the bedding) mix match dishes in cupboard, mop boards need painting, a lot more! We were very dissatisfied with the money we paid. I think they gave us a wrong unit because we thought we were on the beach! NEVER AGAIN! Hope some one calls me about this cause I have pictures.
