The Imperial Hotel

The Imperial Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean and well maintained. It's a shame the pool is no longer in use. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bar food was good. Always a nice stay at the Imperial. Parking is expensive at £14 per night. Good position for using the tram which was £10 for 2 adults for a days travel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Park House Hotel. The rooms were very spacious, we had 2 double beds a table and 2 chairs, fitted wardrobes and the bathroom was equally as big. We had 2 large windows 1 with a sea view. The breakfast was really good too. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definately stay again."

"Second time visiting. Staff were very quick at dealing with our one minor complaint. Very friendly staff. Room we were a little disappointed (ground floor) as the view wasnt exactly what we expected to see (back yard) where the general public could access Over all we enjoyed our stay and have booked up for next year"

Forshaws Hotel – Blackpool

Forshaws Hotel – Blackpool

8/10 Good
"On arrival at hotel the entrance needs some attention as cigarettes inside the entrance not good impression. Also 1 of the lifts wasn't working. Check in went smoothly. The room was ok. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the air con wasn't working so room was quite hot. Had to close windows on 2nd night due to outside noise coming from the nightclub nearby. Basic room but was sufficient for 2 night stay. Lack of storage for clothes etc (no drawers) no hairdryer or iron and ironing board. Not enough sockets in room. Luckily I brought an extension for electric appliances. Although in the room it said if you needed to contact reception dial the said number but there was no telephone to do this? Would I stay here again? Probably not. Great location but this hotel needs some loving care."
