“Not wanting a stuffy hotel we opted for an apartment type rental. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Having a couch to feel at home to watch TV made our stay homey. Absolutely loved the decor with a theme throughout the place. I love the charm of the old homes and this one didn’t disappoint. If I get back to Staunton I will definitely stay here! ”

“Just park your car and walk to see Staunton Historic District. The rental was AWESOME!!!! Just like the pictures. Nice neighborhood. We decided to stay an extra day, the communication was quick & done. We are already talking about coming back in spring. The whole experience was wonderful. Book this, you’ll love your stay :)”

“The apartment was located in a quiet historic neighborhood a couple blocks from downtown. It was much larger than expected from the pictures and had everything we needed and more. Loved the decorations. We enjoyed walking around the area and looking at all the old buildings. The downtown area had a lot of good restaurants and shops. Was convenient to Shanandoah National Park for hiking. ”

“The Dogwood Suite was a great secluded apartment that is part of a larger rental property, tucked in the rolling hills near Afton, VA. The apartment is clean and quiet, and is close to Veritas Winery as well as all the other wineries and breweries along the Rt 151 corridor. The property is a sprawling 20 acres and there is a hiking trail and a meadow where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. The host communication was great. I would absolutely recommend this property. ”

“My family really enjoyed iur stay at the Pop Inn. It was very clean and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. It's location bear the park was very convenient. My only complaint was that we could hear the neighbors walking above us. At night we turned on a white noise machine and it didn't bother any of us, but if you didn't have that it could be disruptive. ”

“The loft apartment was super cool, and we loved all the extra effort the host made to make it a fun place to visit. Everything inside worked perfectly, including the sauna and the record player. We visited from Liverpool, England, and it was so fun to put on the Beatles on vinyl! The location makes all of historic Staunton walkable, and there are many of useful stores, and many cute stores, and plenty of good options to eat out right there. “Loved this rental! Very nicely decorated and great location. Several stairs to get to apartment above the garage. Ideal for one couple and one other adult or two children as the murphy bed is full size mattress (small space). Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Big kitchen - fully stocked. Very clean! ”

“This place is a gem, so well appointed and comfortable while artistic and classy. GREAT location, walking to many delicious restaurants and coffee as well as in Waynesboro, a very nice Virginia town. The place was immaculate and had all the tools we needed to cook and stay multiple days. I will definitely be booking this place again if it’s available next time I come to Augusta county. It does have a 2 flight walk up, so be prepared for that! But the loft feel and sunsets outweighs any work it……
