"Smelled of drugs, couldn’t sleep it smelled so bad!! Will never stay there again!!"

"The room decor was a little out dated and the comforter could’ve have been cleaner. There were stains on the top cover, sheet, as well as the pillow cover. The bathroom had a strange odor and the room next doors walls were paper thin. "

"The hotel was nice and clean with good amenities of free breakfast and drinks each day. Parking was easy and free. It was super convenient and close to all the kids activities (City Museum, Arch, Zoo, etc). The blackout curtains in the room actually worked! We happened here during spring break when the weather was not great so the pool was insanely crowded and kind of gross (cloudy water and foamy hot tub). The pool water was also a bit chilly so not super enjoyable swimming which was a bummer bc that’s always a nice activity for the kids. I think had the hotel not been so busy we would have enjoyed our stay a bit more but it was good overall. "

"This was by far worst hotel. It looks nothing like the pictures online. Cigarette smoke, marijuana smoke, people screaming in the hall way. And gunshots outside. It was in a handy neighborhood. "

"The kitchen had everything you need ,including spices, to cook whatever you’d like! There were snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. House was very clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the ability to use the 2 car garage and the alarm system gave us extra piece of mind! "

"Bed was basically 2 sheets to sleep under, only one towel, pictures showed a kitchen in room but only had a fridge"

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, the home was not as pictured in the listing and was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival.There were dirty towels and linens left on the floors, wet and soiled towels in the bathtub, hair all over the sinks, and dirty dishes left inside the dishwasher. The overall condition of the home did not reflect the photos advertised online.Additionally, the listing stated there was one king bed and one queen bed. This was inaccurate. The master bedroom had a queen bed, and the second bedroom had a full-size bed. We specifically chose this property to accommodate our family size, as we were traveling with two small children and two older kids. Unfortunately, the bed in the older kids’ room was broken, so the pull-out option was unusable.Several closet doors were also broken, and the home was not decorated as shown in the listing photos.After driving six hours with two infants and two children, we arrived to these conditions and immediately contacted the host. We were offered a free night and to have cleaners come the following day. However, waiting until the next day for cleaning was not a reasonable solution given that we still had to sleep there that night.As a result, we had to spend over 200 out of pocket on cleaning supplies, linens, pillows, and towels for all eight of us.I would strongly encourage future guests to confirm sleeping arrangements and cleanliness expectations prior to arrival. "
