“Everything was nice and set up for us! They amenities were perfect for the amount of guests. Nice neighborhood. Could hear the planes, but a low rumble. Didn't keep us awake, but just be aware you'll hear them. Would stay here again! Just might if we return to this volleyball tournament. Thank you!!”

Plenty of towels for the bathroom. The only cons were: the Roku upstairs needs to be updated or replaced; couldn't be used. Dining room/hall floors were really squeaky when stepped on. “The school office was the perfect size for the 2 of us. We could not get over the uniqueness and the great idea. Everything was very, very clean. Towels and sheets were bright white and the faint smell of bleach is refreshing. There wasn't much to do or see around the immediate town, but the 2 state parks within 15 minutes were both fantastic. The hosts were great, they left an adorable welcome gift bag and were very quick to communicate.”

“Communication started off great with Kevin. I texted him right after booking. Then come check in day. The door code and security system code didn’t work. A couple of hours after arrival we found that the refrigerator wasn’t working. Texted Kevin and he made arrangements for a repair. They never showed up. Kevin tried to get us a new appliance, he was denied by the owner. We had to go buy coolers and ice to keep our groceries from spoiling. Kevin eventually gave us the owners number. She was not……

“The house was very nice. Three bedrooms with good mattresses. Two nice full bathrooms. Kitchen met our needs as we were not there for any meals. It had the very basics with nice appliances. We have stayed in many rentals and never once have we been called by the owner/manager prior to our stay. We were also met at the rental when we arrived by the owner/operator. “This place was a joke. No doors on the bedrooms. The water didn’t drain in the bath tub. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Drawers were broken. The roof leaked. There was medicine from a previous tenant left there. The bed sheets smelled horrible. The hot water heater would make loud noises. The windows in the bedroom downstairs did not lock. Anyone could open them at any time. The bedrooms upstairs screens were all torn, so we didn’t even want to open them. Plus it was impossible to sleep……

“Very beautiful property, excellent owner. Came with everything we needed. Owned was available for communication whenever we needed. Was there for a Celebration of Life Service and Funeral. Having this home available made a difficult time as nice as we could have possibly hoped for. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay. “It is a brand new apartment building. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment is very spacious, big bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet. Washer and Dryer available. The TV is huge! Most importantly the bed was comfortable and there were ample pillows to chose from. The seats at the counter in the kitchen were not very comfortable, we added a pillow to sit on them. The kitchen isn't very well stocked but we were in town for a wedding so we spent most of our time with family and……

“This place is very large, with a conference center and many rooms. Our room was a far walk from the front desk. Our room was clean with fresh paint and comfortable bed. We had breakfast in the resturant one morning, it was good. I would stay here again. ”
