Larkspur North Seattle hotels

"You get what you pay for with an old, bare bones hotel. But it was clean and I didn't see any insects. My only complaint is that the parking is in a different building half a block away, which is fine, but I couldn't find any information saying that I should expect this and it's impossible to find unless you are told where it is as the only signage is not very visible. For $45 a night for the parking there should be a little bit more effort into at least making this clear. The staff member I spoke to regarding how to find it after going around the block three times made it sound like I should have already received instructions and a code, but I swear on my life I received no such thing. I guess maybe you're expected to find street parking first, go ask about parking (you check in with your cell phone and get the door card from a kiosk, so inherently you wouldn't be expecting to talk to anyone), then get told about it, then go park. I don't say that with any actual vitriol, for what it's worth. Israel, the man who helped me, was very nice and gave me great directions. Everything else was uneventful."

"Excellent location especially if you’re going to a concert at the Paramount theater across the street! It’s an older hotel but it’s very nice clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. I got a great deal on it through Hotels.com, but it was on a Wednesday night in early spring. The person I was with was disappointed there was not a coffee maker in the room, but that was not a big deal to me."
