「The indication to find the apartment indicated by Expedia is a disaster. It is not possible to receive a link to indicate the apartment and on this link shows 4 apartment. I booked only one and the link should indicate were is the apartment that I've booked. Also the indication to find the key was not so easy to understand. Fortunately I've received a call from the owner that gave me instruction live where the key was.」

"I was asked if I wanted red or white wine upon check in, later on when I didn’t receive any in the room, I told one of the front desk members about it and he assured me that they would send one up. By the time I checked out I still had not received the free bottle of wine that supposedly came with the reservation. Disappointed. "
