"This seemed like a good location and a nice upmarket looking flat, with quality amenities and furnishings from the advert. We were shocked when we arrived to find the front of the property piled high with garbage. Bags, open food waste, open bins. It smelled horrendous. It was also over 30 degrees C. We were supposed to be in the upper flat, but had been assigned the ground floor flat, whose windows were located over the garbage. The only windows. No air con. No fan inside. It was dark...

"Property not as expected photos weee misleading. It suitable for someone who has a disability problems walking.. we could only use three bedrooms instead of four as the small bedroom with the bunkbeds had a smell of overpowering sealant in it and it could not be used . Stairs going to kitchen could do with an extra hand rail . Not really suitable for 9 people as only one family bathroom and 1 en-suite. .also not enough sofas for 9 persons . Coffee machine did not work . Could do with a heavy...

"Lovely flat, lovely view over the bay and the sea. Everything you need in the flat to make your stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable but missing slats which meant if you sat on it wrong would fall through. Comfy sofa bed with linen. I would recommend and would stay here again. Owners on hand if you need help. Thank you for a lovely stay xxx "

"Beautiful property well located, well stocked everything you need and lovely and clean .only down side it was very cold and drafty ,i was fine but a few of us ladies were cold .we would definitely stay again tho so it didnt put us off and we had a great stay."

"The property was great. The location was perfect and all. Of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The outdoor area is very small but good for a couple of days away. Only thing to note is that the listing does say there is parking however there isn’t which was disappointing. "
