「The outside of the resort is starting to look a little “tired” but the room was fine. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite good. The continental breakfast, although simple, was quite adequate. The receptionist was very helpful.」

「The Bay Air Motel is not a resort level hotel but it is clean and has everything requred for a comfortable stay. I was late checking in on a Sunday night so the staff left my room key in a safe which was very convenient.」

「Easy check in, friendly staff. Rooms and bathroom really clean, beds and linen comfortable and plenty of room for a family of 5. Good location walkable to beach, cafes and restaurants. 」

「Very warm owner, room is good」

「The building itself is lovely. It has cathedral ceilings and is double brick. This meant the room was warm in winter. The staff were very helpful when we were late arriving.」

「Booked last minute for a weekend away. 5 minute drive to our event. We were running late on check in and the manager was very kind and stayed back til we arrived. King Suite was roomy and clean. Comfortable bed, though I prefer a firmer mattress. Spa bath was great. It was aged and only one jet worked really well but still amazing to soak in after a big day out.」

「The gardens are lovely. You can sit outside the room surrounded by gardens. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The tea & coffee are of good quality, not cheapest available. As someone whose legs are not good the bathrooms are very mobility-impaired friendly. Redland Bay shopping centre and take-aways 5 mins walk away.」
