「This cozy cottage (upper flat) had everything we needed. I am a lover of old homes, so the old doors and wavy floors are too endearing. The window unit air conditioners are adequately placed in the bedrooms allowing for a comfortable sleep. And, the shower was nice and strong. Mike is easy to communicate with and makes you feel welcome. We will be back in a few weeks.. and will probably continue to choose this rental while we slowly transition from WNY to Mississippi.Elizabeth S.」

「We had a wonderful time staying at this property, very well kept and the hosts were fantastic. Highly recommended」

「The apartment was very clean and thoughtful. Small for 4 adults. Owner is on site and very attentive. Steps were very steep and inconvenient for us. Younger folks probably wouldn't have issues.」

「Was great for our visit to North Tonawanda!」

But, to be honest you could not pay me to stay at this place again. It is NOT a motel 6 it was bought by another company. The place smelled bad, there was garbage piled up...

「This is a lovely Victorian house that has been remodeled with lots of love and care. What makes it really special are the gardens and fireplace area which are listed on the annual Tonawanda Garden Tour. Definitely worth the visit just for that. The hosts are extremely kind and hospitable and easy to communicate with. My only challenge is I did not realize my reservation was actually booked through Expedia, not Vrbo, which made communications and updates really difficult and confusing, until I...
