“Spa was amazing and so were the gardens. Some of the staff were kind and some others were very unhelpful and acted as though clients were a bother. Very difficult to get a taxi so best to have your own vehicle.”

“Firstly, on arrival the allocated bays all had bollards on. I called up and a staff member eventually came out and removed this. Parking is literally opposite the hotel and at £15 a night - till 1pm the following day I was told. Checking in was very easy - I did note the staff member asked if they could do anything for me. They were genuinely nice. My room was named after a place I think which I thought was quite cool. I headed up to my room, which initially felt like a maze. I was put in a……
