The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, a hob, oven, microwave coffee machine and fridge.



The property is fitted with a device which monitors the noise level, temperature, the number of people in the property, motion within the property, the humidity and moisture. All of these can be checked remotely in real time and the device is programmed to alert us if any of the items monitored exceed a programmed threshold.



The bedroom can either set up as a king size bed or twin beds (ideal for contractors or teenagers) just let us know your preference on the guest arrival form which you will receive five days before your arrival.
