“The unit was not clean and when we tried to bring it to Matt’s attention he blamed us even though we started taking pictures and documentation 20 mins after we arrived. The AC did not work in the living room or the master bedroom. He offered to send someone out but got offended when we asked for a later tike. Then he stopped responding to is and VRBO for 4 days straight. The whole time we had no AC. There was a terrible sewage smell and issue that we were not notified about but we saw signs at……

“This was our fourth trip to the island. The property is ideally sited within C’stead, with the only trouble being parking during busy days. It wasn’t even that difficult to find a spot, and 95% of the time we were right out front. As for the accommodations, the compound was cozy and definitely a place we would revisit.
