“Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything.”

“Good location (right next to the Monon Trail, close to the Jazz Kitchen, and just south of Broad Ripple). However, there was rotting garbage lying in the driveway beside the entrance to the "tiny house." The roof of the sleeping bunk was so low on one side that two people could not sleep in the bed (and the pullout couch was not comfortable). The lock code supplied failed to indicate the need to add "#" at the end of the code(though the owners responded quickly to my request for clarification).……

“Walking distance to IU sports campus. Building under new management and undergoing some renovation work. Residents are very nice. Dog park on 5th could use better owner poop patrol, but was great for the 3am pee session. Quiet hallways. Vegan cafe on main floor and Vegan burgers along canal.”

“If you need a comfortable, convenient, small pace to stay in Indianapolis this is a great rental. Pet friendly is definitely a plus. I will stay here again. The only thing missing was a measuring cup in the kitchen.”

“Beautiful home with plenty of space. Pool is beautiful but it rained our visit so we couldn’t use it. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Nice kitchen. We were here for a work trip but great for any family or groups”

“This is a well managed property however the highway next to the property is under construction and the equipment and back up alarms start very early in the morning so if your room faces the highway it is very noisy. Don't plan on sleeping past 6:30 or 7:00 am!”
