「The location and apartment were just what we needed for a week long work training. With not a lot of hotels in walking distance, we gave this a go. There were no reviews yet, so that was a concern. But it was good for what we needed it to be. The complex is mostly permanent residents and as such, some of the public areas could use work. 「The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. 「Excellent place to stay right across from the event center we were attending. Beautiful suite albeit a bit pricey. Plenty of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and parking in the garage was free. The only wrinkle was the “free parking” was $40. A quick call to customer service and it was decided we would pay the charge to be released from the garage and the fee would be refunded promptly. Less than a week and the refund is on the way. If I had anything negative to say, it had a slight pet odor (I think pets aren’t allowed) when I first walked in, but nothing a little for Febreze couldn’t take care of. I will most likely book this same property next year on my annual visit.」
