“We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here. The place is super clean, well stocked, and attractive. Having access to the garage added convenience as we had a baby with us. We also appreciated the porta crib! The people were extremely responsive. Our family loved staying here! Thank you!”

“The best hosts. Very personable and interesting. We got to know Herbie very well, and he was accommodating and interesting to chat with. This place is why we stay at these kinds of rentals rather than impersonal and cold hotels. The beds were comfortable and everything was adequately stocked even with our demanding coffee habits. The space was a great landing pad and offered some respite from a busy family trip.”

It was very windy during our stay and we weren’t able to stay out in the deck and enjoy the fresh air, but the views were amazing.”

“I booked the reservation. Had no response from host. I finally contacted him day of check in. He replied that I had cancelled and he already had another reservation. Informed him I never cancelled and even had a reservation confirmation #. I contacted Vrbo, they called him. He told them he didn’t own the home anymore. So he gave 2 different stories. So I had to book a new reservation at a motel instead. ”

“I found the Acoma House quite charming, clean and loved the artwork. There was not really a kitchen but a fridge, microwave and hotplate, which I did not use. My only complaint was the coffee maker, which took pods and didn’t give a full cup. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area”

“Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. There is some slight noise from upstairs on occasion, but nothing disruptive or disturbing of sleep. The……
