「We had a 5 star experience. The desk clerk was friendly, efficient, helpful, she started our stay out in the most positive way. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and had a relaxing feel. Beds are comfortable. A great night's sleep The pool and Hot tub area are sparkling clean and spacious. 「This hotel is new and the staff do not seem to have been properly trained in customer service. The room was not clean when we arrived and it was an hour and a half after check in. We waited more than 30 minutes to get into our room and then it was not what we’d booked. There are no amenities in the room, not even tissues. The soaps are anchored to the wall and they were all empty.」
