The unit was clean, comfortable bed, smart TVs, updated counter tops and appliances, etc. I also liked how it had driveway parking so I didn’t have to leave my rental on the street. The unit is also equipped with 1gig fiber internet from Google, so streaming on a smart TV is seamless. The stairs are very steep walking up to the unit, but that’s nothing to worry about unless you have trouble with stairs. This place worked perfect for my 3 day work trip and I would……

“Property was very clean, beautifully renovated, and the kitchen was very well stocked! The neighborhood was very nice - a school just down a couple blocks down that our kids used for a playground in the afternoon. We were super impressed and we would definitely stay again!”

“This property has a good location. Close to the Plaza and Westport. We have stayed here a couple times for a Chiefs game weekend. The two bedrooms are great with king beds in each and a bathroom for each bedroom as well. Nice common area for the living room and kitchen. Some things are in disrepair such as the bathroom doors, hooks on the back of the doors and simple things that could use an upgrade. Walls are very thin and you can hear people in the apartments above you and next to you. Overall……

“House was perfect for the 4 of us. Manager Lance communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. Quiet neighborhood close to many KC activities. House was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. All 3 queen beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms had everything we needed and showers had good water pressure and had all soaps and shampoos needed. We had a nice parking spot in the back, but right in front of the house on the street was also always available.”

“The bed was one of the coziest bed I’ve slept in. However there was no fitted sheet? Just a flat sheet. And the dust could have been a little less. But other than that, the place was very well decorated and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!”

“This was just perfect for us. We were visiting KC for a baseball tournament and the location couldn't have been better. Very clean. My only complaint (which is hardly one) is that we arrived after 9pm and had a hard time figuring out which door to enter to get into the specific unit. The outside numbers on the building threw us off. I tried to call my contact person, but no answer. We figured it out and all was well. Would definitely recommend and would return if we come back to the area. Thank……

“Clean and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom suite accomodated our family needs perfectly for two nights. It also had a full kitchen and washer/dryer for stays of longer duration. Located right next to Washburn University. The cafe in the bottom of the building had friendly service and a great breakfast. The bedroom closest to the street had some street noise, but pretty quiet through most of the night.”
