「Enjoyed our weeks stay, as always. Beautiful farmhouse with everything you can think of for kitchen facilities and a beautiful water view. This very much feels like a family lives here. And the West Hill Pond is right out your back door, a pristine and private pond that is as large as many lakes and totally private. Only 4 or so houses on the entire pond. We particularly enjoyed a daily canoe around the pond and the call of the loons. Unique home and location.」

「My husband and I stayed four nights at Leah’s place. She and her husband were absolutely wonderful hosts. Very, very nice people. :) Great location if you want something quiet with beautiful view over the mountain. it’s very close to Island Pond and also to Silvio Conte wildlife refuge. If we go back to Vermont, we will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much, Leah. We had a wonderful time! 」

「We had a great stay with our large family! The house was set up great and very clean! It was easy access to the public beach area (walk across the street) and a quick drive to a few local places to eat/coffee. Our host was very responsive with a few questions we had throughout our stay. Great for a long weekend away! 」

「Absolutely perfect relaxing lakefront house in every way! The bed was very comfortable, the relaxation areas were great, the fan really helped cool things off and the windows brought in just enough cool mountain air and the sound of the loons! The kitchen was also ideal. The location was spectacular, the views and the sunsets were not to be missed and an easy 10 minute drive into town with a good selection of restaurants and markets. 「This was our third year at this property. We are always sublimely satisfied. The best is the feeling of privacy being on surrounded by water on 3 sides. We like the simplicity of the decor and the lack of a TV. We also like that certain basic food stuffs are left (like salt and pepper) in case we forgot them. It's perfect. 」

「We've been coming to the cabin for a few years and enjoy our stays immensely. The kids can ride bikes, roam and wade on the campground roads and river. Location is fantastic - convenient to Littleton (great restaurants and shops), Bethlehem (Rek Lis Brewery) and some of the best hiking in NH. Minutes from Mt Washington, Santa's village, Appalachia trail head and Zealand/Crawford notch. Far from the crowds in Conway and Lincoln but close enough to visit. 」

「Great family vacation. The property is perfect for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Ben is attentive and very responsive when something comes up. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay but the pool was so much fun for all. 」

「Pictures and description are spot on. Yes this is a small rental but it was perfect for our short getaway. Extremely clean and tidy, bed was comfy and kitchenette was spotless. View into blooming spring woods was gorgeous and plenty of birds to watch. Only improvements could be a full length mirror and salt and pepper shakers.」
