“The Casita is an amazing property. When we arrived, Steve met us outside and showed us to the room, which is a private mother-in-law style suite attached to the house. The room was extremely clean and thoughtfully organized, including a couch, office space with a printer, coffee, microwave, toaster, fridge, and laundry. "The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
