「The property was beautiful however, the lady at the front desk when we checked in was bitter and rude. She treated us like second class citizens and make sure that we’d understood that she was very busy and way overworked if she was my employee, I would’ve fired her on the spot. 「The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet.
