"Lobby is renovated and updated but the rooms are not. Our room wasn’t super clean. Towels had spots on them. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no spare roll in the room. The rooms had thin walls and you could hear everything next door. Our room was near the pool and it was very noisy. "

"The beds were very uncomfortable, the bedding was poor quality, and the bathroom was extremely small. Overall, the room did not meet expectations."
